creative support logo

This is a Social Inclusion and Floating Support Service that offers a range of person-centred support, events and groups for individuals (16+) who are socially isolated and / or have a mental health diagnosis.

Activities include Art, Gym, Pool, Football, Cooking Walking and a Ladies Group.

There is also a 1:1 tailored Floating Support Service where individuals needs can be addressed holistically, based on a Personal Development Plan on a 1:1 basis. A Key Worker can support an individual around finances, housing, education, volunteering, employment and any personal aspirations.
