Breathe Education promotes positive mental health and wellbeing in Blackburn and surrounding areas. We offer a variety of courses in yoga and mindfulness to help support your mental and physical wellbeing.


SEN or additional needs


Individual/small group sessions for students with SEN or additional needs.

Yoga and mindfulness practices can help children and young people with ADHD by:

  • Releasing energy and improving concentration.

For children and young people with autism spectrum condition, yoga and mindfulness can:

  • Help them feel more connected to their body

  • Calm the nervous system

  • Improve social and communication skills.

If preferred, activities can be practised seated in chairs instead of on floor mats.
