We really want to know how we can make our Local Offer and your experiences better. 

To help you to help us improve your services, we invite the public to take part in surveys, consultations and to submit feedback.

Surveys

On-going surveys

We have some permanently, on-going survey forms that you can use.  You can find links to these in the Downloads box and the External Links box to the right of this information if you are viewing on a large screen, or, at the bottom of the page if you are reading this on a smaller screen.

  • Local Offer Survey - please use this link to let us know your thoughts on the Local Offer website.  Or you can just email us your views at local.offer@blackburn.gov.uk.  We have also added feedback faces to our website to capture your views and these are placed at the right hand side of the website.

Other surveys

From time to time, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and / or the Health Services invite the public to complete surveys so that they can find out what you think about other services which they deliver to you.

Where these surveys are relevant to families, children and young people with a special educational need or disability, we post these surveys on our scrolling Newsfeed on the Home Page.

All live surveys that we are aware of can be found in the Newsfeed and any old, expired surveys from the Newsfeed can be seen via the 'View all news articles' link just below the Newsfeed items.

Consultations

As with surveys about current services, the Council and other interested organisations may request your views on proposed changes to services etc and these will be featured initially in the Newsfeed and stored where you can view them via the link to 'View all news articles'.

Feedback Form

Blackburn with Darwen's customer feedback form , Help Us to Improve, provides overviews on how to send in compliments, comments, suggestions and how to make a complaint.  To view this please click on the document in the downloads box.
