Assessments for Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for children and young people aged 0-25 years

The Lancashire SEND Partnership want to improve the processes for assessment of

  • autistic spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

for 0-25 year olds in the whole of Lancashire, including Blackburn with Darwen.

This follows on from the Lancashire Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) inspection carried out by Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Thank you to those of you who took the time to help us and completed the online survey.

Your views, along with those of staff who work with children and young people with SEND, and the children and young people themselves, have been collated and will now be used to develop the future assessment pathway(s) for Lancashire & South Cumbria, including Blackburn with Darwen.

The results of the survey can be read by clicking on the link below in the Downloads box.
