This is a 12-week accredited course that is designed to support local people to work together to take positive action in their neighbourhoods. It provides a really exciting opportunity to help residents develop the skills they need to take a lead on local activities, as well as equipping them with essential project management skills, whilst boosting confidence.
The programme is being delivered by member organisations of the Families Health & Wellbeing Consortium, including Blackburn Rovers Community Trust and Care Network Hub.
The next Community Ambassador course starts on Friday 1 November, but if this is too short notice a third wave will be starting in January. More details on this course can be found in the attached document.
If you would like to know more, or would like to register for the training please email Caproject@brfctrust.co.uk or call Families, Health and Wellbeing Consortium on 01254 503201.
