The Council for Disabled Children is delivering an interactive, focussed workshop for professionals working with children and young people with SEND and parent carer representatives to develop a best practice model for supporting children who have or may have neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism and ADHD. The aim of this workshop is to
- Map out multi-agency processes for supporting children and young people who have or may have neurodevelopmental conditions, from referral through to diagnosis and support.
- Develop a best practice integrated model for neurodevelopmental pathways that can be used as a tool to support local areas across the country.
Those attending will have the opportunity to discuss learning from effective practice examples with colleagues locally and regionally and to help shape the development of the final tool.
Who should attend?
This session is for parent carer representatives and for education, health and social care professionals with responsibility for children and young people with SEND who have or may have neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD.
Please note there are only 30 places available.
